Smell of ash, roasted malt. Bronze colour, high beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, some ashy hops, nuts, faint candy. Bitter, lightly sweet.

330ml bottle. Soft, sweetish and slightly nutty roasty with hints of coffee and smoky earthiness. (Bottle, 0.33 l, thanks Hermod, at Arde, 20221021) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had grass, toasted malts and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, toasted malts, molasses and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A nice malty brew with sweet and toasty notes.

33cl bottle. Thx oh6gdx. Poured brown in color, thick off white head. Light roasty, caramel, leafy hops. Coffee in finish. Smooth.

Bottle at Ardes Residence, Helsinki. Color is cloudy light Brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Grain, chocolate, so.e coffee, roasted malts...mix between dark lager / Brown ale.

Many thanks to Patrickfor a 330ml bottle, B/N 001, of this one. Via djoeye. Shared with Finn at Bergstua. Misty dark brownish body, film-type layer, clingy lacing. Quite inviting smell of dark dough, mid-sweet. Fine balanced taste of bread-like malts, added by a touch of caramel and biscuit. Malt-fruity ending. Pretty decent. (Malangen 31.08.2022).

Gave fra oh6gdx. Delt med Rune på Bergstua. Mørkebrun. Uklar. filmskum med litt farge. Karamellaroma. Smaken knekk. Forsiktig tørr avslutning. Hint av nøtter.

Tap at Pub Winston Fest. Brown a bit murky colour, small beige head. Toasted, rye bready aroma. Light-bodied. Toasted, chocolaty, some grassy hops. Good dark lager.

Draught @ Winston Olutjuhla 2022. Rated on 12.08.2022 Aroma has roasted malt and cocoa. Flavour has hay, roasted malt and coffee. Sweet, simple and clean. Tastes like a brown ale.
