We aged this magical mélange of imperial stouts for 14 months to 2.5 years. Then we added Sea Salt, Sliced Toasted Almonds, Mexican and Sri Lankan Vanilla beans, and a perfectly even mix of Mexican and Peruvian Cocoa Nibs. It’s a rich, complex liquid confection, inspired by the Salted Truffle with a bit of Almondy goodness mixed in.

Taste: along the same lines, moderately thick, nice integration of flavours.

Bottle at Rassia tasting. Black with no head. Loads of chocolate , brown sugar, molasses, light caramel notes. Light vanilla. A bit of salty sprinkles on top of it all. Superb stuff.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a small head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate toasted almonds bourbon barrel vanilla. Taste is more of the nice toasted almonds bourbon barrel vanilla chocolate roast coffee.
