Leave tight white foamy head on a highly finely carbonated unclear pale golden coloured body. Hat, funky & herbal aroma. Medium bodied, foamy dry & clean. Dry white wine, funky, herbal, lemon & yeast tastes with a tart finish.

Love it. The white wine barrel gives it a lovely little lemony vibe. Great label too. Good while watching The Autopsy of Jane Doe

440ml can. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is yeast and grapefruit. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a fresh, crisp, light, lemon lime, tart grapefruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A table beer with some flavour.

Tap at Beerarama, Eastbourne. Always producing the goods are the burning sky lot. An interesting beer that had some lambic like tones but still toned down a bit. Funky and good flavour for the abv - The English are masters of this.

Can from Gulating. Unclear pale golden body under a decent white head. Aroma has mild, pale malt, yeast, grapes and hint of funk. Taste is light and fresh with mild pale malt, grapes and acidic white berries, wood, yeast and moderate bitterness. Medium to light bodied with a slightly acidic aftertaste. Interesting beer at only 3,5% ABV.

Hazy straw blond colour with thin head. Aroma has candle wax, parsnip and farmyard straw. There's an unusual element of sweetness in the taste. Like boiled root vegetables. Also a perfumed floral note and a slight juicy sharpness. Strange and interesting.
