This gruit was brewed with abundance of local wild herbs and bottle conditioned with Angelica archangelica syrup. It’s mildy sour and you’ll find some herbal bitterness, dry hay and funky fruitiness.

Funky, tart and sour with some floral notes, hints of sweetness, honey, herbs and dry earthiness. Complex and funky.
