Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a clear bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast, some wood, and light phenols. Flavour is phenolic as hell—this is all messed up. Very bad.

Pours bright yellow with almost no head. Aroma: phenols, oak barrels, yeast and funk. Taste: funk and wood barrels. Medium acidity.
