On tap at Peders, pours black, no head. Aroma has plenty of cinnamon upfront, followed by maple, coconut, marshmallow, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is ridiculously intense, with intense almonds and coconut upfront, accentuated by the cinnamon and maple. Super decadent and pastry-rific. Beauty.

On tap at Peders. Pours black. Almond, coconut, cinnamon, marshmallow, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour is super rich, loads of coconut, almond, and vanilla with cinnamon and cacao accents. Good bourbon warmth. Excellent.
