This time we decided to hop Imhla with the experimental American hops HBC 1019 with perhaps one of the most unusual profiles. It brought flavors of a refreshing daiquiri with bitter orange jam, subtle aromas of apple blossom and melon water to our hazy New England-style IPA . One hundred percent ready to meet the summer heat already!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Tap. Dark yellow, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: flowers of elderberry, bird cherry and apple, currant leaves, lemon balm and some tropical fruits. Taste: flowers, tropical fruits, currant leaves, pomelo, lemon balm, very original.
