The starting point is classic pilsner malts, where the amount is increased slightly to achieve a little more fullness and body. The hops are turned up a lot in the final phase of brewing. The result is a bitterness at the mild end and lots of flavor and aroma.
Nice with traditional Danish cuisine: roast pork, meatballs, open sandwiches.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with tiny impurities and a small, rough, off-white head. Malty nose with some floral hops. Medium body, malty, quite some sulphur with a bitter finish. Drinkable if not entirely clean. 110625
