This past spring we had the great pleasure of selecting New Zealand hops from our friends at Freestyle hops for the first time ever!

This year we selected for the varietal Nelson Sauvin. This is arguably our favorite hop of all time and when selecting for it there were so many amazing options. We ended up choosing a mid-late harvest lot that is mad tropical, mildly dank and drips with gooseberry notes. We’re in love with this hop more than ever.
