Fortunate Islands combines the bangin' hop aroma of an über-tropical IPA with the crisp, deeply quenching drinkability of a killer pale ale. We achieve this magical result by starting with a mild, nutty malt backbone, then dry-hopping the bejesus out of it with Citra and Amarillo hops. Restrained bitterness and vibrant notes of mango, tangerine, and passionfruit combine to form a sessionable crusher of mind-bending proportions. It tastes like wizards.

Can shared at work. Deep golden pour, white head. Nose is honey, resin, light fruits and herbs with a weird vegetable touch, this latter is gone quick tho. Taste is moderately bitter, fruity and resinous with vague oxidized notes. Bitterish, grassy finish, light body, soft, in fact too soft carbonation.

Nice tropical nose with big amounts of citrus oil and peel. Soft mouth feel, soft carb. The wheat really a balances the hops in the end. The finish is dry, hops fade quite a bit.

Can from Beer Republic. Hmmm, could be fresher. Aroma is grainy malt, mild fruity hops, citrus, caramel, straw, tropical notes with grapefruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and mildly bitter with a fairly dry finish. Body is medium. Easy and pretty sessionable with fruity hops and grains.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, tangerine and cereals. Pours cloudy pale golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy tropical fruity and citrusy, following is herbal and bready, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Tropical fortune…

Part of a flight on 18th January 2022 in the San Juan Capistrano Selma's Chicago Pizzeria & Taproom. Light haze to the golden pour, white head on top. Tropical fruits in both the nose and taste, soft feel to the body, it's an easy drinking beer, surprised to read it's a wheat based one to be honest as I'm not usually a fan of those.

Pours an only slightly hazy, clear copper gold, with smallish head. Aroma is fruity, with citrus and tropical notes, along with honey and some grass. Flavor follows. It has a light, hop bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light.

Tight foamy white head stayed on an unclear vivid amber body. Sweet, tropical & nectarine aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with light clean back. Sweet, tropical, hoppy, peach, mango & orange tastes. Good one.
