Taster at gfs place courtesy of Saeglopur, big thanks. Blend 1. dark purple color, small off white head. smells of oak, berry notes, light underlying sweetness, marzipan, bit jammy. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, acidic, also jammy, nutty, maripan, grassy, light barrel notes. finishes dry and with some sourness and also light sweetness and notes of berries, marzipan and some jammy notes. pretty good one, more in the direction of a sour brown, good stuff, but not totally the kind of sour I like.

Proper sourness, with plenty of fruit and some wood, low on the funk. Sweetness of the fruit masks the acidity fairly well, but still american style sourness. Nice!

Fruchtiger, süß-säuerlicher Beginn. Beerig, erhöhte Karbonisierung, hohe Süffigkeit. Erstaunlich wenig holzig, spritzig, vollmundig. Die Säure flacht leicht ab, geringe Herbe, mittellanger fruchtiger Abgang. Lecker. 11/12/13/13/8/13
