On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has musty farmhouse yeast, dry apple skins, and light hay. Flavour is dry, with musty apple skins, leather, and rustic barnyard notes. Bone dry, with a rustic, muted finish. Good stuff.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Apples and pastry on the nose. Flavour has pastry apples, minimal funk. Not a huge fan.
