Draft at the Rooster Bui Vien taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured an unclear reddish amber with a very short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is mineral, light red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a crisp, juicy strawberry, light mineral palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
