dry malty full bodied craft lager aroma - south german style pils aroma. pretty good
palate is soft
flavor is malts, burnt caramel (unfortunately), faint alc. bitterness, the super soft water treatment and the full bodied soft malty notes makes it okay despite the off notes.

En Tarragona, apañándome con el vaso del cepillo de dientes de hotel donde me hospedo para hacerle una pequeña cata a esta pilsen "BIO Premium" (ejem...)
Color rubio claro, translúcida, espuma blanca medianamente bien retenida. Aroma a cereal grano, malta, pan, el aprobado en nariz se lo lleva, aunque sea justito. En boca encontramos notas de malta y cereal, regusto amargo y herbal, cuerpo medio, refrescante. Agradable y más que correcta, tan correcta que perfectamente le sobran los calificativos de bio y Premium, su mayor virtud es ser una bastante aceptable Pilsner.
