Brewed in 2016 and left in barrels for three years and five months, this assertively tart sour ale melded its acidity and funk with tart red currants and tangerines before its voyage into bottles. With a nice body and a bold cherry Brandy-like flavor profile, A Starman Waiting in the Sky has everything we want in our barrel-aged sours, including the nice and warming 11% abv.
