Where it all began for us, a NEIPA recipe developed in the dawn of its age, as a homebrewer. Good receptions made us go (semi) professional. Classic base of pilsner and wheat malts. In the spotlight are Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado.

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is fruity, lemon. Flavor is similar, lemon-ish hoppy, light to moderately lemon hop bitter. Decent body and medium carbonation. Not too bad, a bit too much on the lemon for me, but mostly quite boring and one of so so many. Mwah. 5-6,5-6-6-6

Glas gedronken tijdens Brabants bierfestival Oirschot.
Goudgeel, troebel bier met matig schuim dat snel wegtrekt.
Aroma van citrusvruchten.
Smaak is fruitig (citroen/ grapefruit).
Nasmaak licht hoppig.

Geprobeerd op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot met LiekevdV, Inoven, Roelzie en Benzai. Het is een troebel geel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van hop en hars. De smaak is vol hoppig, bitter en harsig.
