Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Medium dark red to red-brown color, average to medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, definitely barrel influence, not sure if I would have picked red wine but fair enough, it's there. Flavor is malts, barrel influence so I guess red wine, soft tart notes, oak. Not bad. A bit thin bodied, but drinkable. 7-6-6,5-5-6

Glas gedronken tijdens Brabants bierfestival Oirschot.
Bruin, troebel bier met matig schuim.
Aroma van hout en rook.
Smaak is zacht fruitig met de rode wijn in de achtergrond.
Nasmaak licht hoppig en kruidig.
Deze is beter gelukt dan de standaard 4-tails

Geprobeerd op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot met LiekevdV, Inoven, Roelzie en Benzai. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rode wijn en rook. De smaak is vol druif achtig, droog en turf achtig.
