Hazy pale yellow color, soft white head, fizzy.
Flavor citrus and yeast very sour and raw
Extremely carbonated, musty white-winey off flavors, rotten lemon, maybe infected. Moderate bitterness, some juiciness, tart finish with some pungent almond essence. Weird.
