Das Sonnenbräu Lagerbier hat in unserer Brauerei eine mehr als 125-jährige Familientradition. Bestes Qualitätsmalz, Siegelhopfen und frisches Wasser aus dem Rheintal bilden die Grundlage. Es wird mild und rund gebraut, lange und kühl gelagert. Diesem Bier, das schon mehrmals ausgezeichnet wurde, verdankt die Sonnenbräu ihren guten Namen.

[ As Sonnenbräu Lager Hell ].
ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, grain, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

Appearance: Yellow pale golden, clear. Lots of bubbles. Slight white head.
Aroma: Not much, slight grains and light malt.
Taste: Slight grains, light malt, low bitterness, sweetness. Not offensive, though.

0.5l can from coop gas station between vaduz and schaan. pours a clear pale golden with a frothy white head. sweetish grainy aroma. flavour of grains, hay, apples. kinda like an export/helles, but maybe a bit watery.

58cl-bottle in Switzerland. Grainy nose with hints of malt. The beer starts fresh and smooth. Refreshing with a bit too much grain. The bitterness is low, easy drinkable with a refreshing and not too sweetish character.

(58cl bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy but not very persistent foamy white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma with a tinge of acidity and a light touch of honey. Sweet, slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft grainy malty taste with light notes of honey; sweet, malt-accented and slim finish with a tinge of hoppy bitterness. Unspectacular Helles, but also clean and easy to drink (13.02.08).

Bottle (Diky, Quack-Ducku!): A bit unclear, visible carbonation, mid-sized white, almost creamy white head, sticking to the glass; sweetish-grainy, a bit strawy nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied; short light bitter-sweet finish. O.K., quite thin......
