Das Sonnenbräu Lagerbier hat in unserer Brauerei eine mehr als 125-jährige Familientradition. Bestes Qualitätsmalz, Siegelhopfen und frisches Wasser aus dem Rheintal bilden die Grundlage. Es wird mild und rund gebraut, lange und kühl gelagert. Diesem Bier, das schon mehrmals ausgezeichnet wurde, verdankt die Sonnenbräu ihren guten Namen.

It is a regular lager, malty, some corn?? a bit watery and a bit metalic, yellow and clear body, thin white foam, average carbobation, hop, 11.04.16, buying it at one spar supermarket at St.Gallen, tasting it at home, Prélaz, Lausanne.

0,5l can from Migros-Partner - FL - Balzers in Liechtenstein. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, clear. Aroma is malty, light hoppy, bit bready. Taste is medium malty base, bready, toast, light hoppy bitterness, medium carbonation, ok for this boring style, drinkable.

Bottle from Saxo tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light grainy and light hoppy - grass and straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 031119
