German Pilsner brewed in collaboration with @humanrobotbeer. This beer was our first double decoction—and a milestone for our brewhouse. The recipe is beautifully simple: just German Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Spalter Select hops. Naturally carbonated and lagered for an extended period, the double decoction process brought out a deeper, more expressive malt character, resulting in a beer that’s dry, rich, and full of nuance.

At City Beer Manhattan, tapped, golden yellow body with a little foam. Aroma: spicy, mango, passion fruit, tropical fruit. Flavour: quite spicy, slightly fruity, slightly bitter, sour undertone.
Quite thin.
