The next beer in our Bronco series, Buckin' Bronco is juicy with a touch of dankness. Base Camp 2-row from Riverbend Malt House, flaked oats and flaked wheat make up the grist. Hopped in the whirlpool and DDH'd with BRU-1, Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe and Strata (basically all fruity/juicy hop varietals, with a touch of dankness from the Strata). Fermented with that famous English ale yeast strain.

Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, grapefruit, pineapple and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
