TASTING NOTES: Pairing with the owners of Kobachi, who are experts in both rice and beer, allowed us to tailor this bright gold-coloured, light-bodied, Japanese lager with a twist. Dry hopping with Lotus hops yields aromatic tropical fruit and berry notes, with a hint of vanilla. This light, refreshing, unique lager was designed to pair well with Japanese cuisine.
