Aroma: Brett, somelemon zest, crispy, dry.
Taste: along the same lines, noticeable (but not really overpowering) Brett, dry.

On tap at Brassneck. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Dry rustic yeast and grains on the nose. Flavour has grainy malts and a dry, rustic yeast character. Simple, dry, nicely done.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dry and rustic, with a nice dry rustic saison yeast character and a crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very dry, with a nice rustic yeast profile, finishing bone dry and crisp. Very good.
