On tap at Haymaker NYC, pours a mostly clear orange with some frothy, white head. Nose is ok, pithy, some paper, potpourri, dried citrus peel. Flavor is a little better, there’s an OJ and honey thing that helps smooth things out, but there is still a lot of paper and pith, grapefruit, harsh orange rind. Finishes bitter, a touch tannic.
