Single from Press online. Christmas-ish 2024 delivery. Must of gotten a can from the bottom of the crate to be rewarded with a different batch.
Pint glass at home. Hazy pale to medium yellow, quick spritz soda head.
Mellow plum, sweet pear & browned apple nose.
Bittersharp, grainy, leaning sweet. Light pineapple twang. Grape skin. Bittersweet secondary tannins, like suddenly getting to the middle of a blow-pop. Yeasty & softly floral finish. Lemony, lingering tang.
Complimenting acid, carbonic, a touch sulfite-y, strong & welcoming.
Good.

Can from Press. 6.7% edition. Big want considering they use EZ Orchard fruit & have some mentoring. Pint glass @home. Stinky sulfur fucker once you cracked the can. Dense, hazy ipa pour. Quick hitting soda head. Looks like a blended up tangerine-colored, murky mess. Still farty, but dissipating. Bittersweet apples, pumpkin, rubber, lingering farts, big veg note. Taste is interesting. It could be a nouveau French-style cider, but the bastard is still fermenting; It's prickly & unsettled. Very fruity, big sour orange flavor over a sharp, earthy & somewhat savory apple blend. Yeasty finish, sulfite headache. Needs some hair on it.
