Sensei is a Triple India Pale Ale & the BIG brother of Master of Karate! Sensei is fermented on our house yeast then hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, & Galaxy. Notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, & pine with a creamy mouthfeel. Think candied oranges.

16 oz. can. 12-7-17. Aroma is pine, grassy, and light marijuana. The malt bill makes this way sweet. Hops are nice but it also shows booze. Booze is not hidden at all. Some pine with spruce. Yeah, really borderline too sweet. Malt is already starting to over-right everything in this IPA.

Another thick NE IPA. black specs in the bottle that do bake this look different than other NE IPAs. smells like orange juice. Thick carb, not bubbly or refreshing. just thick smoothie. orange and grapefruit finish.

Birch and Barley, tap: pours hazy orange/yellow. Aroma is loads of citrus and pine. Not quite an NEIPA. Taste is fairly bitter. Sort of juicy. Good but not super impressed with my first foray into this brewer.
