Nitro pour at the source. They offered a regular tap version of this, a cask version with orange zest and coco nibs, and a nitro version, all on their small pilot system. The nitro version was of course the prettiest. The aroma and flavor were both earthier than the regular version that uses a different coffee. The body of this one was much lighter than any of the others I tried during the session though. Basically a cup of coffee with a nitro head.
