Tap at Sidedoor. End of the keg. Really solid balance. Bitter, not juicy. Lots of depth. Rather intense fruity tone. Pineapple, bitter rind. Good.

Draft at Pour Taproom. Hazy golden yellow color white head. Aroma of dusty mixed tropical fruit. Taste is fruity, bittersweet, light edge of pepper, dry finish. Tasty.

Pint can from Wine Warehouse. Pours murky gold with a large off-white head. Aroma is fresh orange, citrus rind, light barnyard. Flavor is brett, citrus peel, orange rind, earth, dust. Nice.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice papaya fruit with some pine and dankness with a bit of the brett in there as well. Flavor is a super dry mouthfeel with some lemon and again a very small brett note at the back end. This beer was a bit too dry for my liking. Good aroma but the dryness kind of took something away from the flavor. Decent small hit of brett which never hurts.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, red/green apple, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light musty Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/spicy yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, red/green apple, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light musty Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; peppery yeast spiciness; and light Brett tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, red/green apple, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light musty Brett funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/spicy yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and no astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, fairly crisp, and lightly resinous/rindy/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is an awesome Brett IPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/spicy yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Great Citra, Simcoe, Cascade profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; balanced Brett yeast complexity; and a nice pale/wheat malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness from lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected.
