Pint at Toronado, September 2024. Opaque, matte brown on black pour with lingering archipelago creamer head. Heavy char with a little cola on the nose. Acidy, bittersharp, charred roast. Too acidy. Thin, earthy, somewhat minerally, faint sliced toast on the back end. Aspirin bitterness. Missing that complex decocted flavor. Soda carbonation, thin, cold, bite-y acid. Not exactly what I want.
