We were feeling particularly tropical in the brewery, so a trio of Passionfruit, Lychee & Papaya was chucked into create a sour beer bursting with tropical fruit flavour. Its sour season and we're not missing out!

Appearance is golden, some bubbles rising, a 1-finger white head. Aroma is as advertised, with peach, apricot and hoppy fruit. Taste is fizzy fruit, peach, melon, tangy orange, papaya, sherbet, sweet and sour fruits, peaches and cream. Nice and fruity.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is tangy pithy citrus, papaya, five alive, fuzzy peach. Flavour is composed of medium sour, grapefruit, tangy breakfast orange, prickly orange, little Turkish delight note. Palate is semi sweet, super sharp z tangy pithy citrus, pinch of acid, wet dog.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 28/05/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white covering that clears to the edge.
Nose is tarte citric shreds, midget gems, sweet pineapple chews, papaya.
Taste comprises passionfruit jelly, gummy chews, sweet edged, lychee nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering bite.
So so .. overly sweet for my liking and lacking refreshment.
