A truly sanguine garnet red color. A nose of tangy red fruit juice, which evokes the months of May perched in the cherry trees. But surprising in its taste! We expect to have a fruity, sugary treat that overwhelms the taste buds. And we have a very good beer, well rounded and balanced, the hallmark of the house! The first impression in the mouth remains a good sour, with its acidic side, where we clearly recognize the green and fresh taste of the morello cherry. Then, as a second curtain, the roundness of the tonka bean in support, which brings warm and almost roasted notes. The first sip calls for a second! A very thirst-quenching beer, which will accompany you with the return of the sweetness of spring!
