The exact same beer as the Belgian Blonde, however this was split into another fermenter and dark Candi syrup was added near the end of fermentation. This added additional yeast character, more alcohol, darker color and beautiful dark toffee notes. Try them both side by side to see what a difference one ingredient can make.
