This Imperial Stout was aged in Bourbon Barrels for 12 months resulting in thick chocolate notes, backed by vanilla, coconut, whiskey and oak. It is out most awarded and famous Barrel Aged beer and is returning for the final time. We have added coffee and vanilla for an amazing twist on this amazing beer.

(Can - 2024 Variant - canned 09/11/24) Pours black with big tan head. Strong aroma of chocolate, caramel, coffee, oak, notes of alcohol and hints of marmite. Great mouthfeel. Full bodied and very soft and smooth from the finest carbonation. Taste is complex and well balanced. There’s plenty of sweetness balanced by plenty of bitterness. The sweetness is milk chocolate and caramel. The bitterness is burnt sugar, dark chocolate, black coffee and notes of soy sauce. There’s oak and alcohol notes too. Very nice although some of the bitter notes are a little aggressive.
