2020 is a celebration of new and old. This beer is brewed from Endeavor barley from Mosher farms in Bouckville, NY and has aged whole cone Citra and Simcoe hops added in the kettle. After a fermentation in stainless steel with our house yeast we dry hopped the beer with fresh Citra pellets hand selected for us by our friends at the New York Hop Guild.
