Our annual beer to celebrate the new year. 2021 was released in May to celebrate the reopening of our tasting room after 15 months without visitors due to the pandemic.
The beer is an emmer farmhouse ale brewed with aged-whole cone Simcoe® hops, fermented in stainless steel with house cultures, and dry hopped with fresh Simcoe® pellets before packaging.
