On tap at the brewery pours dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is bourbon barrel vanilla roast coffee and some light chocolate. Tatse is more of the bourbon barrel notes coffee chocolate.

On Tap at the downtown taproom. Medium brown with a fine smooth light tan nitro head. Toasted light roast malt aromas and flavors. Plenty of boozy barrel aging is evident but it is light and smooth. Not very dark or roasty for a stout but lovely boozey flavors mingle well.
