Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrel aged version of our Scottish Ale. Named after the handsome German Shepherd on the label, Dirk passed away in 2019 at 12 years old and was one stoic, yet grumpy old man that loves hiking and the beach.

Draft at GC taproom. Dark, ruddy brown, minimal bubbly head. Woody, peat aroma, boozy. Taste is sweet and earthy, peat, rich, deep. Super smooth.
