A rye IPA originally brewed in collaboration with Due South Brewing from Florida, but also locally inspired. We used fresh Valencia oranges in three different brewing stages, along with honey from the hills above Sant Joan de Mediona. Subtle citrus notes intermingle with hop flavors and spiciness from the rye malts for a full flavored IPA with a refreshing bite.

Draught @ Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015
Aroma is mild with some sweet malty tones, cereal and hints of fruit candy. Flavour feels artifical with fruit candy, some rye tones and resin. Also grapefruit. Decent and drinkable but somehow I found this industrial.

Tap@TCBW2015. Deep amber, thin white head. Sweet orange aroma, some grainy malt. Flavor has grain, fruity hops, grapefruit. Full bodied. Probably a beer u could sip on for some time. Nice

On tap at Fermentoren, Aarhus. An unclear, amber colored beer topped by a nice off-white head leaving some lacings. Sweetish, toffee-ish aroma with a hoppy touch. Orange notes too, both in the aroma and in the flavor. It has a nice bitterness, on a malty, caramel backdrop. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, quite dry on the palate. Lasting finish. A tasteful one, nice and dry, and easy to drink even at 7% ABV. 140804

From tap. Pours clody orange with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity. Solid hoppy. Grapefruity. Citrusy and herbsl. Mild pine. Toffee. Hopoy grapefruity. Bitter and slight herbal finish. Dry far finish.

[ As Due South Brewing / Edge Brewing Taronja HoRyezon ].Unclear light dark red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, rye, sweet malt - honey, hoppy, orange - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140726]
