A rye IPA originally brewed in collaboration with Due South Brewing from Florida, but also locally inspired. We used fresh Valencia oranges in three different brewing stages, along with honey from the hills above Sant Joan de Mediona. Subtle citrus notes intermingle with hop flavors and spiciness from the rye malts for a full flavored IPA with a refreshing bite.

Bottle at Woodies, Zwolle. Aroma is sweetish fruity hops, thick sweet rye malt, orange, ripe fruits. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and bitter with a slightly sticky bittersweet finish. Hint of alcohol. Body is medium. Enjoyable bittersweet Rye IPA, more of a sweet sipping beer than a fresh IPA.

Bottle. Amber color. Tangerine, oily hops, ripe tropical fruit in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with ripe tropical fruit and oily hops. Slightly herbal. Hint of licorice. Nice.

Bottle 33 cl. Comes a hazy, deep amber with an off-white head. Sweet, caramellish aroma. Medium body, sweet caramel with a downplayed hoppiness. Ends bitter. Very old school IPA, lacking in aromatics. Was this ever dry-hopped? 250717

Bottle. Color: Between gold and ruby. Off white head. Taste: Floral hopbitter, fruity orange / citrus, honey hints, mild spices, medium sweet. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Nice one.

Draught@CBC2015. Hazy orange colour with a minor white head. Aroma is hoppy, some honey, mild spices as well as some sweet malts. Flavour is honey, nectar, some floral bitterness as well as some zest and mild sweet malts.

Botella 33 cl en el kraken 15..09..206. (r108) Lote B 246159 hasta 07..07..2017. Color ámbar anaranjado oscuro con espuma blanca Aromas y sabores maltosos y cereales algo tostados con toques de mieles y suaves amargos de piel de naranja o pomelo. ligeros dulces. amargo final suave algo afrutado no muy duradero. Cuerpo medio algo fino y espumoso. no está mal. original.
