Pours with the color of honey and a nice, light carbonation. Very nice sensation in the mouth. But quite bitter and light for a blonde ale. Falls more in the lager category unfortunately.

Draft at the source, with one of the most amazing brewery views I’ve seen. Slightly hazy pale yellow color white head solid lacing. Aroma of straw and white pepper. Taste is lightly peppery light lemon. Far better than pale lagers
