Bright, bold & running on its own frequency — Everyone Is Wired (Differently) is a 7.2% DDH NZ Hazy IPA built on the electric combo of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Riwaka. A layered, wine-like profile with a punch of citrus and a soft, hazy finish. Nelson Sauvin brings white grape, gooseberry & a dry vinous snap.
Motueka lays down lime, lemongrass & tropical hints. Riwaka sharpens the edge with lime zest, herbal citrus & crushed fresh herbs. Juicy, bright, and just a little off-centre — a beer that hums on a different wavelength.

Draught Very thick-set, fine & dense off-white head over utterly muddy ochre-yellow beer. Huge head seriously hampers nasal perception. Citrus all in front, however, banana, slight hing of yoghurt and coffeemilk, but not sour. Bananapeel, citruspeel. Dry, dry malts and ditto C-hops. Again citrus - mostly orange. Duller than most Thoms' beers - if drier too. Very slick, hopoily, medium carbonation. Another really dry IPA.
