Pub Ale is our more user-friendly tribute to a classic British special bitter. Before even reaching your lips, the deep toffee color and aromas of freshly-turned earth and orange marmalade hint at the almost dangerous drinkability of this brew. Velvety, buttered-toasty malt flavor dominates, giving way to a citrusy, slightly peppery (but not “bitter”) finish with a lingering echo of dried thyme.
