Your own personal beer, where New Zealand hops and expressive yeast unite in perfect policy. Thiolator pours a brassy yellow with a delicate haze, crowned by a tight white head that's just waiting to break its silence.
A gentle biscuity aroma opens to reveal layers of refined tropical notes. Our carefully selected yeast strain works in concert with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops, coaxing out waves of guava, mango, and papaya. The palate unfolds gracefully - tropical fruits dance with playful cereal sweetness in an elegant balance that keeps calling you back.
At 7.3% ABV, this sophisticated brew drinks with surprising ease - each sip a quiet revelation that's better than the real thing.

Tangy caramel and some tangy florals. Very weird. Pours golden with ok head. Cloying finish. Blah. Tap at Fredericksburg taproom.
