Menotomator

Menotomator is a rich, bold, dark lager brewed to celebrate the brave souls who answered the call of liberty on the first day of the American Revolution. Typically a lenten style brewed to provide sustenance in late winter while fasting, double bocks are made to have substantial character while not being heavy or too filling.

Menotomator takes your senses on a revolutionary journey. Starting with the creamy head that evokes thoughts of toasted marshmallow, then presenting your palate with rich, bready, caramelized malt and marching towards a clean, surprisingly light finish that leaves you ready for the next sip.
