You’re gonna give your love away to this Foolish Heart — Our first 2024 Workshop Release.
Inspired by the old-world reds of the Flanders region of Belgium, this blended ale was aged for thirteen months in neutral oak barrels. Foolish Heart presents itself with a rosy mahogany hue and tan foam. Intriguing and layered aromatics comprise dried cherry, toasted oak, and toffee-driven malt characteristics, balanced by the slightest suggestion of balsamic vinegar. On the palate, layers of tart cherry and robust red wine unfold, accompanied by moderate oak tannin, finishing with a lingering sourness and a whisper of dryness, leaving a memorable impression of sophistication and depth.
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 5%
BITTERNESS (IBU): 20
