Working Draft and Lakefront got together through a shared passion for Czech lagers. They chose to brew a Polotmavý Speciál, also called a Czech Amber Bock. Bohemian pilsner and dark malts form the toasty, nutty base, while Czech Sládek hops add balance and notes of peach and grapefruit.

Tap at Lakefront. After drinking Working Draft Czech stuff, this just doesn't compare. A nice enough Amber lager,.perhaps a little too fruity with the hops, not bitter enough.Decent enough Amber Bock, but not really much of a Polotmavy.
