Katie, Tour Guide here at Lakefront, brewed a British-Style ESB. This coppery ale showcases fresh biscuit and mild caramel malt flavors. UK Fuggle hops add an earthy and herbal balance, making this a seriously drinkable beer.

Tap at Lakefront. Nice ruby red body, thin off white head. Pleasantly classical US brewpub version. Deep English malt tones. Wimpy Fuggles balance, but still pleasant. Almost a cherry woodtone from the malts, yeast. Good, but exemplifies how US brewers can't really make great UK styles these days.
