Undeath Lord Smoked Baltic Porter -a collaboration with Ale Browar in Poland. Michael flexed his Polish heritage and interpreted the recipe into English himself! A literal ton of the best Voyager Craft Malts we could get (ten different malts in total), brewed across two days with extended boils - enough to drive our brewers mad. Definitely one of our more elaborate brews and at 10.5% ABV definitely not for the faint hearted. It's a big, smooth and warming beer with a seriously complex profile of campfire smoke, caramel, chocolate, molasses, dark fruits and liquorice. Very restrained roast that comes across as dark chocolate with hints of coffee. All wrapped up with a crisp finish thanks to a long, cold lagering and lots of love whilst in tank.

From a 375ml can on 9/6/2025. Pours a deep amber with a smallish head that dissipates very quickly. The nose is super smoky, with lots of campfire ash and a touch of bacon. Super smoky on the sip too, with all of the aforementioned, with some sweet dark chocolate and roasted malt in the mix. The bitterness, along with the smoke, at the back lingers. Has an oliy palate and average carbonation. This is full on and really well done. If you like a big smokey beer, you'll love this one.
