2025 marks 20 years of Bridge Road Brewers. To celebrate, we've crafted this beauty - our annual birthday beer, B2 Bomber.

Mach 15.0 was DIP hopped with El Dorado and dry-hopped with Eclipse and Eclipse Spectrum, creating a decadent ale, layered with hop character over a rich, Belgian-inspired base.

Complex, expressive, & wax-dipped for a milestone.

Bottle. Very black with a fluffy light tan head that fades from an inch to a cm. Aroma of heavy roast, blackberries, pine. Usually worth waiting a little while with these - they soften a tad and flavours integrate a bit more. This is softly doughy but still roasty, piney and bitter but dark fruit and sugars have room to move. I've liked the recent years when it's been a bit lower in alcohol but this works well too - it doesn't seem overbearing and there's no unintegrated booze. I may drink the other glass tonight. About 13C which was just right.

This has a beautiful dark hue, with a lasting, creamy head. It has aromas of pine, dough, spice, cherries and orange rind. The overwhelming taste is of molasses and cherry, which is a flavour I just don't generally like. It's also got a sharp bitterness that I like much more, but this one's just not my style.
